Buffs/Debuffs

Buffs from pets(cougar,buffalo,kookabura) dont work
Necromancer debuffs(gloom,warrior bane,mage bane,anchor,slience) have too low chance get on target (i have gloom and anchor +12 and player without buffs always resist)
Prophency of Water time 4 min its too low change to 45 min
Chant of revenage time only 19 min change to 1h
Some agument skills have too long reuse time

Pet buffs.. can you please say the names there.. i need the names to fix it..

Please dont "fixs" his necro debuffs cus hes crying, everytime ive pvped with him ive seen at leaste one land i dont see why he needs to have 3+ d buffs on its.
there not bugged there perfect the way they are and have you ever thought they dont land because of boss jewls?
